Set Region Enabled
Enable or disable a Region in the current FSM using a Bool value.
Use this when the enabled state comes from a variable, condition, or reusable action setup.
Parameters
| Parameter | Description |
|---|---|
| Region | The Region to enable or disable. The Region must belong to the same FSM as this action. |
| Set Enabled | If true, enable the Region. If false, disable the Region. |
| Disable Behavior | How to stop the Region when Set Enabled is false. |
| Enable Behavior | How to start the Region when Set Enabled is true. |
Disable Behavior
| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| Suspend | Pause the Region in its current active state so it can continue from the same state when resumed. |
| Exit | Exit the current active state and stop its running actions. |
Enable Behavior
| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| Resume | Continue from the current active state if the Region was suspended. If there is no active state, start from the Region's start state. |
| Restart | Exit the current active state if needed, then start from the Region's start state. |
Notes
- Use this action instead of separate enable/disable actions when a Bool variable controls the Region.
- Suspend pairs naturally with Resume for pause-and-continue behavior.
- Exit pairs naturally with Restart for stop-and-start-over behavior.
