Expression Evaluator Evaluate (Float)

Evaluate a mathematical expression and return a float result.

Parameters

Parameter	Description
Expression	Expression to evaluate. Use {VariableName} to reference FSM variables.
Succeeded	Optional bool variable set to true if the expression evaluated successfully.
Result	Float variable that receives the evaluated result.

Details

Expressions support numeric operators, parentheses, built-in time values, and whitelisted math functions. Results are evaluated as double precision first, then converted to a float.

Examples

• Evaluate {Health} / {MaxHealth} * 100 to calculate a percent value.
• Use sin({Angle}) * {Radius} to derive a float from an angle and distance.
