Flight Agent Aim Relative To Target

Aim a FlightAgent relative to a target direction, with optional banking.

Parameters

Parameter	Description
Agent	FlightAgent to control.
Target	Target transform to face relative to.
Target Local Offset	Optional offset in target local space.
Angle Deg	Relative heading angle in degrees.
Use Shortest Turn	Flip angle sign when needed to turn the shortest way.
Bank Angle	Optional roll around heading direction in degrees.
